This project has been developed with all the detail, thus allowing the flavors that are enjoyed at the tables of your restaurant to take diners back to memories and generate an explosion of flavors, for this we must know the following:

DEFINITIONS:

  1. Hotel: Hotel establishment is understood as the set of goods intended by the legal entity to provide non-permanent accommodation services for less than 30 days, with or without food and basic and/or complementary services or accommodation accessories, through a hosting contract.
  2.   4. External Agencies: Wholesale or Retail Agencies, Freelance, Employee Funds, Cooperatives that sell Travel Plans through the Travel Agency.
  5. PQR: Petition, complaint or claim that a client presents and that must necessarily be documented in accordance with the Habeas Data Policies.
  6. Client/Passenger/Guest: Natural person who is traveling from one place to another and who has paid for a travel plan.
  7. Seasons: Specific periods of the year, in which previously established conditions and differential rates apply.
  8. Rooms: Part of the space of a hotel separated from the others, destined for the rest of the guests.
  9. Reservation: Separation of hotel quota on a certain date for a Client for an established period of time.
  10. Confirmed reservation: Separation of hotel quota on a certain date for a client for an established period of time.
  11. Reconfirmed reservation: Separation of hotel quota for a client on a certain date until the service is provided, this reservation has installments and complies with the established payment plan, or, the total payment made.

It will also be considered as a promotion, the offering of products with additional content to the usual presentation, free of charge or at a reduced and temporary price.
  18. Invoice: Corresponds to the document that confirms the total payment of the Tourist Plan.
  19. Penalty: Financial penalty caused by non-compliance with one or more conditions or circumstances previously agreed upon in the plan.
  20. Complementary services: Additional tourist services that are not included in the tourist plan and that are optional by the user.
  21. Receptive: Additional services such as tours and transfers that are provided in the different destinations.
  22. Reservation Center: Area in charge of managing the rooms to be included that are going to be sold to the client by the Sales Advisor.
  23. Exemption: Operation in which the Travel Agency decides not to charge the penalties that may apply for a change or cancellation.
  24. Withdrawal: Right that assists the buyer to cancel the purchase and request a refund.
  25. Website: Pages authorized by GP INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION S.A.S, for the distribution of tour packages.

CONDITIONS

  1. The entry time is from 3:00 p.m. and to check out and vacate the Glamping it is set at 12:00 p.m. each day. If any guest stays longer, one more day will be charged. (You have a tolerance of 1 hour maximum, with the prior consent of the reception department).
  2. No person has the right to give accommodation to another without the prior consent of the company and make arrangements for their registration or fee, only with the permission of the person in charge of the establishment may guests have private personnel at their service, and in this case they will be considered as guests in charge of the Glamping of the owner, who is responsible for their conduct.

  4. ECO CANAWA reserves the right to admit occasional accompanying visits to the lodging facilities, in no case will their access to the Glamping be allowed; It is a security measure for both the client and the hotel center.
  5. The establishment strictly prohibits the use of dangerous or flammable material; ignoring this rule will generate a fine for the same amount of the cost of your Glamping.
  6. ECO CANAWA will not be responsible for money or values, forgotten in the Glamping or public areas.
  7. It is forbidden to introduce external food and drinks in public areas ECO CANAWA; Only consumption inside your Glamping is allowed.

RESERVATION POLICIES

REGULAR RESERVATION GUARANTEE: Reservations are guaranteed only and exclusively until the moment of providing valid Credit Card data and making the retention of the first night or making a deposit/bank transfer for the value of the first night of the room.REGULAR RESERVATION CHARGES: ECO CANAWA will charge your Credit Card for the value of the first night of Glamping, 5 days before your arrival date; In case of not having sufficient funds or the card information is incorrect, the reservation will be canceled.RESERVATION CHARGES ON SPECIAL DATES: ECO CANAWA will charge your Credit Card for the total value of the reservation 15 days before your arrival date; In case of not having sufficient funds or the card information is incorrect, the reservation will be canceled.CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY FOR REGULAR RESERVATIONS: Reservations may be canceled or modified (change of date) without penalty by writing to reservas.canawaglampings@outlook.com up to 24 hours before the date of arrival of the client, once this is done, the retention will be released.
